What devices support Mobile Deposit?
United 1st Federal Credit Union’s Mobile Deposit is available within the iOS and Android apps. It can be used on an iPhone and Android smartphones. It is not currently available for iPads and Android tablets. It is also not available on mobile web – only through the apps.
What are the fees for Mobile Deposit?
There are currently no costs to deposit checks through Mobile Deposit
When will my deposit be credited to my account?
Mobile Deposit funds $500 and under will be available on the same business day after 4pm, checks greater than $500 will have the first $500 available after 4pm with the remaining funds available on the second business day, after midnight. The cutoff time for Mobile Deposits (to be considered deposited today) is 2pm for funds to be released after 4pm. For determining the availability of Mobile Deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.
What are the limits?
There is a $5,000.00 per transaction limit with a $10,000.00 per day limit to be deposited through Mobile Deposit.
How do I know my limit?
If you exceed the limit, Mobile Deposit will notify you at the end of the transaction that it has “failed”.
What happens if I have a check that exceeds my limit?
These items can be deposited at anyone of our six branches.
