1. Are all accounts eligible for CU Online?
Yes. From the regular savings and checking to our youth accounts or loans and VISA Credit Cards, all accounts can be managed online.
2. What transactions can I do with CU Online?
There are many transactions you can do with CU Online. See the list below:
- Transfers among your accounts; savings to checking, checking to loan, and etc.
- Transfer to third party accounts at United 1st.
- United 1st VISA Credit Card payments.
- Withdraw by check, check mailed to your current address.
- Password reset feature.*
- Cross-account/multiple account transactions (signatures required).
- View e-Statement.
- Download to Money, Quicken, or QuickBooks.
CU Online’s newest feature is Bill Pay. Log on to Bill Pay to pay your bills online.
3. How do I reset my password when I am locked out?
You can fill out an enrollment application to request that your account be reset. You will receive a letter in the mail with the information necessary to log on again. You can also contact us by phone.
*If you have set up the password reset feature on CU Online under Your Preferences (before you have been locked out), you can reset your own password, by clicking forgot password and following prompts.
