CU Online is a secure remote account access service provided to our members worldwide through the internet. CU Online is free, and it's an easy to navigate service for all accounts. Members can transfer among their accounts or make payments to their United 1st loans and Visa Credit Cards with CU Online. Bill Pay is our bill pay service that is also accessible through CU Online.
You can gain access to CU Online two different ways. You may contact us by phone to request CU Online account access or to request access to your account online, please fill out the enrollment application. A few days after your request, you will receive a letter advising you that your online access has been activated. It will also provide you with information necessary to log on.
